Art direction for specialist afro hair brand Sensationnel
Feme Ltd are a leading distributor of niche hair afro hair products based in London with several brands in their portfolio. I planned and art directed several photo shoots for them. This involved working closely with stylists, photographers and other experts in the afro hair industry.
Suite of images developed for the Afro Hair and Beauty Industry trade show. They were used for promotional materials, and as large scale hoardings for the exhibition stand. We used products from the range to create a series of 'looks' inspired by the 1970's 'luxe' trend.
The images were also used to create an editorial feature in Spell Magazine, a specialist trade publication owned by Feme.
